Little Caesars Pizza - Des Moines

Took our pizza home and there was a piece of plastic. Manger did not seem sorry at all. Still waiting to hear back from a follow up and it's been 2 days. Do not recommend

I usually don 't one star places but this is by far the worst pizza place to order online from. Placed an order for ASAP at 7:15pm then arrived at 7:45 only to be told that they hadn 't even planned on beginning to make my pizza until 8:19 p.m. but they could start making it right away! So I asked if I could just cancel the order and get a hot n ready and they said yes, but you 'll have to cancel your order online .. low and behold, couldn 't find a way to do this. So here it is 8:25 p.m. and I still don 't have my pizza. Epic fail on their part. Will never use this place again which is sad because I like LCs pizza.

The cashiers act like they’re afraid of black people. Checked all my bills to see if they were fake but didn’t check the two white mans cash prior to taking my order. It’s disgusting smh

The pizza is perfect. little caesars is one of my favorite pizza spots. the side of the crazy brotes and everything else is usually delicious and pretty good. 5 stars, 10 out of 10.

Was totally chaos no1 barely spoken English. had to show a picture of what was supposed to be order, that it was not undeniable. was very rude on the phone at the order.
