Gibson's Steakhouse & Bar - Des Plaines

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. It felt like our waiter was rushing us from the moment we sat down, coming to our table numerous times and seemingly eager to get us out before the evening rush. Despite our efforts to enjoy our meal, we were out the door within an hour. The food was decent, but I ended up receiving the wrong dish, possibly because the onion rings I ordered weren't ready and the waiter didn't want to wait. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you are in a hurry or have a show to catch. I will not be returning.

The staff at this restaurant are all skilled professionals who know exactly what they are doing. Kathy and the host staff, in particular, are exceptional.

Best Steakhouse in Chicago. Got to finish of with the Macadamia pie!!

Had a very upsetting meal here we were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time, the server was very rude. Water was constantly empty and needed to ask someone to refill it. The steak were overcooked on the outside and flavorless. This place is not what it used to be.

Came in for lunch at 1pm. When i walked in there was no one available to check in with for a table for 1 until i asked a worker if i could get a table. My waitress gave me pleny of time to look at the menu and order my food and drink. Ordered the Charboiled burger medium rare. The burger was properly cooked but it was over seasoned. The paloma drink was pretty damn good.
