Mcguire's Irish Pub Destin

McGuire?s is a staple in the Destin area. First of all, the pub atmosphere is amazing. The music and the lighting really set the mood for a laid back dinner. You have got to grab an Irish Wake to drink to get things going for your meal. The steaks are top notch and it is impossible to find anything on the menu that is not great. The bangers and mash are filling and are a very good deal for the price you pay. Head upstairs for live music and a little more fast paced vibe than the downstairs bar area. Hit up the gift shop on your way out for great gifts to take home.

I went here first my 15 birthday. (my first birthday in Florida! and the service was amazing Eric and the other waiter which I do not remember his name but they were both friendly and very funny. ? The root beer was the greatest root beer I?ve ever had!? The steak was very juicy and tender a bit hot though but that?s reasonable. I loved the prank they did with the restrooms too. ? If anyways goes here look for our dollar! Can?t forget the cool low lighting atmosphere it gives off a cool hidden restaurant kinda look. Hayden

We met up with our friends for lunch on a cold windy January weekend. We were quickly met at the entrance and seated right away. Ambiance was cool and inviting. The lighting is dim; therefore, my photos look like our food was in a tanning bed. Service was impeccable. Waitstaff were extremely accommodating. Food was prepared in a timely manner. Everything taste great. We had the .$18 Senate (Bean) Soup as our appetizer with the complimentary bread. We had Reuben sandwiches, chips, and potato salad. It was fantastic! This restaurant is a great place to meet up with friends. Lunch menu was affordable. It?s very convenient to just about everything. Parking lot is not big enough for big rigs, but you could probably park near by with a short walk. It?s only about 25-30 minutes to the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park Campground. Several public beaches are nearby.

This is definitely the best restaurant Ive ever been to. The atmosphere is genuinely AMAZING! The servers are so so nice, they are like an old friend. Their sushi is to die for. The honey butter bread is heaven. Please eat here!!!!! It was so good, me and my husband came here twice in one week :, Wish we had this place in KC!

If you’re currently googling “places to eat lunch or dinner” 1,000% pick this place and GO HERE! My family and I have been in Destin the entire week and have been to a few local beach/seafood places cause that’s what you feel like you have to do in Destin and all we’re overpriced and underwhelming to say the least, if I could eat at McGuires’s every single night for dinner I would have. Hands down the BEST place we have eaten at all week. The outside looked very crowded and we weren’t sure how long the wait would be, decided we would get a table and it was only a 20 minute wait to be seated. The vibe, the food, the staff, the service, and price was everything I was hoping for, will be coming back hopefully soon. FOOD IS AMAZING!
