Everything brewed on the premises by the cute married couple who owns the place. I have become rather fussy and funny about the beer I drink (so your miles may vary) but these folks even made the girly beers that I don’t like taste good! I was there for a group event and they even opened up on their day off just for us! Awwww! I think my favorite thing was the old world craftsmanship that they used in making the beer.
Excellent beers brewed on site. The saison was particularly delicious. The location is gorgeous with great seating and local art on display. Nice seating outside. Dog friendly inside and out. There are a bunch of board games available and when we went there was a nice food truck.
Went for the Liberian pop up event. The food was amazing, but so was the hipster atmosphere and ppl. It was also very clean inside and in restrooms, thx!?
Every beer we tried was delicious! Plus they have a cute little side patio.
This is the best beer in Detroit. So many spots focus on the trends, or the janky 3x IPAs… but Faisan is all about quality beer. The vibe is spacious and inclusive. Many different seating options and they play fire music over the loud speakers. Detroit’s best kept secret for sure. I do hope they blow up because their beer is so sensational. Favorite Beer: periphery (raspberry saison) they also allow groups to rent out the space for events/etc. shouts out Paul Rachel!
