The host came across as unenthusiastic. She wasn't rude, but she lacked warmth. It may have just been her personality.

We dined al fresco on a lovely Friday evening. Our server was friendly and attentive. Our food arrived promptly and was plentiful and delicious. Not a single complaint from me or my two dining companions.

The drinks and food were slightly overpriced for the quality, but overall it was a relaxed place to have dinner and drinks before attending a show!

While I’m sure the Delmar offers a view in the summer and a thriving night life after hours, during the day you’re better off heading to Firebird or Sweetwater Tavern other local commodities. We left hungry, after the buffalo chicken wrap was more lettuce than meat and the chicken tenders were more breading than meat. The bill was well over a hundred dollars 2 drinks each, and neither of us felt the experience justified the tab.

Everything was delicious! No wait to be seated. Quick in and out in less than an hour. Definitely be back!
