Looking Glass Brewing Company - Dewitt

This was the first time we have been in, in a while. The beer and ciders were nice. However, the food was pretty average and the service was horrible. My entire career was spent in restaurant management and I’m more understanding than most, if the service is off because of circumstances. Tonight the server was just incompetent. We had to ask for everything, even to order. We had to remind her for a drink, bbq sauce, salt and cashed out with the bartender. It wasn’t like they were overly busy. The server would literally just walk over to the host station after we asked for something. Extremely disappointing.

A great locally owned spot, and a great addition to the town. Great beer, tasty food, hard working service. Watch the game or sit by the fire in their beer garden. Keep an eye out for some great specials!

We went to dinner there tonight. The food was great. The beer was enjoyable. Our waitress was helpful and informative. We will be adding it to our rotation.

This was our first visit! The building is beautiful an old church! We were greeted and seated promptly. Service was fast and friendly.They have beer, cider, seltzer and wine. The 2 beers our group tried were well received. I tried the watermelon rose cider and was pleasantly surprised by it!Food orders included fish and chips and pork mac&cheese. Great texture and flavor on the fish only critique is that there's no lemon available! The mac&cheese had a very generous portion of pork and tasted great!We'll be back!
