Tim Hortons - Dewitt

I enjoyed stopping in for a quick trip to grab some coffee and donuts. I've never been to a Tim Hortons before and they did a stellar job. The staff was kind and courteous. The latte was delish so I'll be back!

Avoid this location. I ordered oatmeal and coffee and the bowl of oatmeal was only half full. Turns out they did me a favor, because after two bites I threw the rest away. Very disappointed with this location.

Is it perfect? Maybe not. But it beats every other type of option in the area, they know the appropriate amount of cream cheese to put on a bagel, the iced coffee isn't 99% ice and 1% coffee dribbled over top (I'm looking at you DD), and service is pretty fast.

Really bad management, food is always cold, and the service is really slow. I would avoid this location

We stopped at 2 goto's in East Lansing, both closed. Permanent. Yelp lists the next nearest location as Dewitt, Mich. That explains how we got here. Wait until you hear the rest. We order a small Iced Tea, large coffee-double-double and a vanilla creame donut. I'm sorry sir, no tea...wait...I'll make fresh. Young fellow comes out of the back and overhears our order. I'm sorry sir, we're out of vanilla creame donuts. Wait, I'll go make you one. He walks back out with TWO hot, fresh donuts and a large Iced Tea! For your inconvenience, sir. I love this place! The store was clean. Shelves stocked and bathrooms tidy. Obviously, the staff was great. They have a few tables with umbrellas out-of-doors. A nice sized parking lot and they're right off the freeway, well, almost. Close enough. 8/20
