Subway - Diamond Springs

This place offers excellent service and delicious menu. My favorite restaurant here. The food came out quickly and the prices were fair. I recommend this place.

Worst sandwich ever $11 with not much on it even though I asked for the Works. The guy who put my lettuce on literally gave me a pinch with his thumb and finger. Boy was I shocked. Never go again, they don't put much on there sandwiches anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was there Thursday 04/27. I was ordering four sandwiches. They were out of the bread I wanted, then after choosing a substitute, they ran out of the meat I wanted. The person working there didn't seem to know what to do, so I assume was management. Their regular employees would have handled it differently. I canceled the order.

I received coupons in the mail and decided to take my son out for dinner at the Subway in Diamond Springs. When we entered the store, we showed the coupon, and the employee said she would redeem it at the register. However, once we reached the register, we were informed that this location doesn't accept coupons. I will never return. This is a terrible business practice that reflects poorly on the ownership and employees, who seem indifferent to losing customers. It's a classic case of bait and switch. Subway coupons are utterly pointless. I've lost faith in this brand for good.
