Jimmy John's - Dickinson

I was twice in fatinson. no problem with rude employees or hard brot. it is like any other jimmy johns: fresh and fast.

Very disappointed with my experience at the Dickinson ND Jimmy Johns!! The manager I dealt with was very unprofessional and rude. I applied for the inshop position and scheduled an interview. I do not have a vehicle so I had to walk about a mile one way. When I showed up for my interview, I was told no managers were there so I could not do my interview and had to come back another day. I walked back 2 days later and a manager was there. I explained to him that I had applied and scheduled an interview online. He proceeded to tell me they were not hiring and walked off. I did not get an apology!! When I got home I looked at my application to make sure of which position I applied for. I called and spoke to him, explaining that they need to make people aware on the application that they should not schedule interviews online, as well as to take it down if they were not hiring anymore. He made excuses, said ok, and hung up on me. Again, no apologies!! Extremely rude and unprofessional at how everything was handled, from beginning to end!

I usually don’t leave reviews but please start paying attention to detail! My husband laughs because of my horrible luck every time I order food here. There’s always something wrong with my sandwich. One time my order was missing the meat altogether, one time it had no lettuce, other times I’ve gotten someone else’ order or it’s taken over an hour to be delivered. Tonight I ordered two number 16s, both missing the bacon. My husband laughs because it literally never fails. I have a Jimmy John’s curse. I can’t be the only one!

Went in tonight to order food with my family, walked in and could barley talk to the till person due to loud profanity music and noticed a young female eating in the kitchen by where sandwiches are being made. I don’t know if the owner can see this review but things are horrible at this location. I’d honestly give this store a 0 if I could.

Ordered a sandwich and it took 80 minutes to be delivered. So much for freaky fast... Freaky Slow... It would have been faster to order from Bismarck. What a let down. Sandwiches were terrible. Done with Jimmy John's.
