Got the 10 wing basket it was horrible. It was soggy and breading was nasty. Fries were soggy and cold. Ate 3 pieces and threw the rest away

Omg my experience was amazing. I’ve been craving catfish for a long time. Went by to pick up for lunch and sooo disappointed that at 1pm the line was still to long to get to enjoy. I showed up 15 mins before they were closing and normally that’s a toss up. My experience was a 10!!! Not only was I greeted by a friendly happy attitude, I was given fresh and hot food with a smile. Absolutely Amazing and Awesome!!! Keep up the wonderful customer service

We were the second in line, but the food was cold—both the fish and the buns. Despite that, the fish still tasted good. I hope they can improve this issue because we plan to give it another try. We visited at 2 PM when it wasn't busy, so there was really no reason for the food to be cold. The fries were the only hot item on our plates.

I’m not disappointed! Goodwings has been amazing in the past few years, but my last two visits were absolutely terrible! They didn’t have any boneless chicken, which is what they’re known for. The food was cold, and the girl at the counter was extremely rude!

Before I placed my order, I specifically asked if the wings were fresh, and he assured me they were. Naturally, they all say that. When I received my 10 wings, I noticed they were quite small, and the fries were soggy. The restaurant hasn't been the same since Zach left. The new staff really need to improve their skills. I'll consider trying again in the future, but for now, I'm going to look elsewhere. Please get it together!
