Ponderosa - Dickson

We have visited this restaurant several times. The service has been quite good during our recent visits. However, there's really nothing exceptional about the place; it's just a decent spot to satisfy your hunger. Don’t expect any gourmet options at the buffet—it's really straightforward food. My only complaint is that the salad bar has been missing shredded cheese during my last two visits.

The food is consistently excellent, but the staff truly stands out! Every time I visit Pondo Joann, it feels like I'm coming home. It's simply the best!

The food was fantastic, and the staff was excellent. Our waiter, Seth, really took great care of our party of 11.

Another reason for me to like this little town,all was good my first time ever visit this restaurant,the buffet is small,but have a variety of good things on it,necessary,not a whole bunch of nothing so for me the small big picks they have,is better than a large buffet with a whole bunch of nothing on it,I ordered and promo entre that their A1 and honey steak was with shrimps and then I will return $

The food was delicious. I haven't visited there in a while. No longer can go to salad bar. When I pay for a expensive steak, I expect to have a large salad. Server was excellent and place was clean. Next time I visit I would rather get a smaller steak. Steak was cooked perfect, fries were perfect. Bread was awesome. Server was cheerful. Will probably visit again
