In the totally renewed, right open case, something smaller than the last case, we were allowed to test the great hospitality of the toasty on Saturday. Sir was very well aware of the wines, and he said with a lot of passion about the wines that fit our menu. Ma'am came to the table to take the menu, and then she went to the stew herself. The food tasted exquisite. Especially the ganzel verterinne, apparently, a specialty of the house we heard afterwards was tongue-wrapping!
