This restaurant is fantastic! Brian prepares amazing meals! The pork verde and green chili salsa are absolutely delicious. The cheese enchiladas with pork and the nachos are fantastic as well! Their breakfast options are also wonderful! I adore the biscuits and gravy, and everything he makes is superb! The French toast is incredible! Make sure to try a dirty chai!

Let me set the scene for you. I'm a firefighter and a chili connoisseur who has judged several culinary competitions. Recently, I stopped at a place called The Cops and had a chili dog, and oh my God! Without a doubt, it was the best chili dog I’ve ever had! The chili was top-notch, made from scratch, and the hot dog and other ingredients were premium quality. Pair that with a Huckleberry Shake, and you've got a meal I would gladly choose as my last. We visit the Dillon area four times a week, and as for everything else, it was excellent! The restaurant is clean, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the owner prioritizes quality. The other products and services they offer are equally impressive. The candles, copper cups, and local jewelry are among the best I've seen. We will return whenever we can—honestly, I’d even take road trips from California just for that chili dog!
