This is a very beautiful property located well outside the city of mendoza. there are several restaurants and bars in 10 minutes to foot, which is beautiful. and.

Had dinner here on occasions. The steak was well cooked and very tasty with polenta. The lamb was also very good. We also had the chicken sandwich which was the best I’ve ever had. The fresh bread and very generous portion of chicken was...a huge meal. Dessert- definitely recommend the Pear and Apple crumble with ice cream. I think the price is very reasonable for the quality of food and service.

We were staying at Lares and had dinner there on our last night there. There was a large group in the dining room so they offered to seat us downstairs in the wine cave. It was truly lovely and romantic. And the food was terrific....We had the empanadas which were among the best we’ve had on the trip and a silky pumpkin soup with goat cheese. We also had a spinach salad with roasted mushrooms, pears, blue cheese, and glazed pecans. Sounds like a salad that I could get anywhere in NYC, but there was an earthiness to the warm mushrooms and blue cheese that made it special. Finally we had the Argentine Classic steak. A T-bone breaded with panko. It sounds crazy but this was one of the best steaks of the trip. In all a great experience. Highly recommended.
