Írjon visszajelzéstI received a chicken power bowl which was lacking 2 of the five ingredients. I went back with my receipt, and was told I would need to call the next day. The guy who took my order seemed to think i should have asked them to include everything as aspecial order so lame.
Service is extremely bad. Waited over half an hour to not receive food, and instead prepared food for new people going through the drive through and door dash orders. None of the employees cared either, instead argued with us and wanted us to wait evenlonger.
Instead of a traditional drive-thru, I encountered a worker standing in the drive-thru lane with an iPad, taking orders directly in the sweltering 90° sun without any shade. At the very least, a shade umbrella could be provided for their comfort. I asked, "Is the drive-thru broken?" The worker replied, "No, they're just having us do this to improve our service time." While the service was indeed quick—only about 30 seconds from when I finished paying to when I received my food—the downside was that my meal was cold. After all, you can't prepare hot food in just 30 seconds! This approach not only puts workers in uncomfortable conditions but also compromises the quality of the food in the name of meeting speed targets. Overall, it’s a lose-lose situation. I plan to contact corporate to inform them about this experience.
I had a fantastic experience at Taco Bell. The staff were friendly and welcoming, both over the intercom and at the window. The food was well-prepared and nicely put together. Overall, I’m very pleased with this visit.
This Taco Bell is among the best we've been to. The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the service stands out, especially for a fast-food restaurant. We always look forward to driving up from the Bay Area to stop here.
