Burger King - Dodge City

Went through the drive through ordered food with a sprite. Got to the window, paid and the guy says thank you have a great day! I hadn't gotten my sprite so told him that and he said sorry you weren't charged for one. I said I asked for a medium sprite. He said sorry, you can't add anything at the window. I said I can't order a drink? He said no. Wth. So stupid. Had to make a stop at a convenience store just to get a drink. Thank you burger King

I didn’t catch his name but I went through the drive through about 20 minutes ago and the young man who gave me my food was amazing and so was the food and service everything was great!!!

Despite my saying no jalapeños TWICE, I found them on my burger...

My sister and I came to dodge city’s Burger King at 5:36 pm. I didn’t catch the name of the man who took our order, but that man at the window deserves a raise. He was so sweet and kind. He kindly explained that their microphone wasn’t working as well and he didn’t want to yell at his customers but he did have to raise his voice so we would be able to hear him well. When he handed me my food, he also thanked us for choosing his place of work, but he did so in a manner that he really was grateful.

Food was fresh. Hard to understand how I can pay 30 dollars for 2 meals and not get my choice of sauce for my fries without paying ANOTHER .60 cents for it. Reeeeeaaaaally stupid.
