Unfriendly, no functioning heating, no friendly service! the heating was repaired only after 2 days, even in the room did not work the heating! neither a 2nd deck nor a water cooker for hot tea was offered, therefore my criticism! room: equipment from the 80s, absent and very necessary for repair!

A planned wellness weekend was nothing here. the wellness area of short distance. de was closed. this would also be listed on the website, but unfortunately this is only so hidden on the side of the hotel that we had to look for them a little longer. here would be a larger botanical of great advantage. the personal understanding could not help us by booking via a provider. the room was nice, but had apparently walls and doors out of paper. I've never visited such a brightly hearty hotel. the wlan always broke the connection. the breakfast buffet was completely okay. we had booked until Sunday, but are disappointed. Saturday morning, after breakfast.

We were very happy..price and performance top... but 3 floor menu. breakfast to friendly staff room large with beautiful beds for the price super. we can recommend

Overall, the hotel makes a good impression. the interieur could be more modern. it is clean and the staff is nice. the beds are good and the breakfast is okay. a ventilator or an air conditioning system would be appropriate. in germany unfortunately still at 35 not in the room equipment. Schade.Update 23.08.2022: because I was answered and I will definitely stay again in this hotel. the review will certainly be changed. thanks to the hotel for the positive feedback
