Flames Grill Bentley - Doncaster

I ordered a large kebab with garlic mayo and a pot of chilli sauce on the side, but it arrived without the sauces. After contacting the restaurant, they sent a brand new order with a full large kebab, garlic mayo, and chilli sauce. Our son loved it, and we appreciated the extra kebab. We have always enjoyed Flames' food, which is consistently delicious and comes with fresh salad.

I ordered the mixed kebab to share along with a side of fries and it was absolutely delicious! The portion size was very generous, but I hadn't eaten anything since early morning so I was definitely ready for it. Great value for the price and I will definitely be returning.

Staff do NOT wear appropriate face coverings whilst preparing food and serving. One guy has his mask permanently pulled down under his nose and the other guy just wears a visor with his breath coming out underneath. They are grumpy, unfriendly and barely seem to understand what you are trying to order. We asked for salad and sauce with our meals but we didn't get it. We've been twice now and it was the same both times. We won't be going again.

Absolutely disgusting, the food was cold and looked warmed up, the wrap was asked for no salad and had salad when we rang up again and explain the situation that we wanted the wrap plain, they then deliver us a box of salad, no mayo on any of chips, very rude staff and very bad customer service, would not recommend

Do not ever order from Flame. They are completely incompetent. They frequently fail to deliver a complete order and when they do contact you, they are abusive. They clearly have no idea what they are doing and are not worth the hassle. I will never be ordering from them again.
