Loved the experience. Delicious family plate. Good temperature, discrete light, appropriate music. Ask for waiter PAUL. Very friendly, efficient and professional person. Prices are fair. Plenty of parking. Will repeat!!

Been wanting to come here for a while to see the fusion of meats with the Chinese Flair. First issue was they had only Sprite available to drink so we opted for water. Menu is strictly digital, making it hard to see all the options. We opted for a Familiar Plate, where the optione are for 2 people 4 people and so on. They don’t really specify who what where and how much of the food we are going to get. Opted for the starter of the Arepas with cheese, very good and flavorful so that was a plus.The food was really good and tasty but where I must dock the stars is the fact that the gratuity is already included and not specified, they don’t even offer a paper receipt that way you cannot do the math for yourself. They charge TAX, SERVICE FEE and the unspecified GRATUITY. The waiter does not put any actual effort because her tip is always “GUARANTEED”I did not like that whatsoever no matter how good the food is using deceiving tactics to get more money out of the customer.We enjoyed our food but the fact of those things will not have us back sorry. Thank you but no thank you

Unfortunately experience was extremely disappointing. We made a reservation 4 days in advanced for a party of 7 to celebrate my father in law’s 60th birthday and asked if we needed to prepay the plate we wanted to order for all as it is customary with some plates at this establishment. Their response was “no, don’t worry not necessary at all as that particular plate is always in stock”. We arrive order drinks and appetizers and when the time comes to order the main course the server approached the table and says “ I am sorry but the plate you want to order is not available as we ran out…..” This is extremely upsetting and unacceptable. That’s the main reason why we precisely called in the reservation and made sure the restaurant knew what we were ordering as a main course to avoid any issues. It ruined the celebration completely as we all had the mindset on that plate. Very unprofessional to be honest. Worse part of the owners were not there at the time and the manager didn’t even approach our table, just told the server “tell them we don’t have it and that’s it, if they want to leave that’s ok…” Unbelievable… To top it all off, when we decided to order something different, the actual plates didn’t even come at the same time so we could share a meal as a family. Between the 1st plate and the last one almost 20 min went by. Extremely disappointing overall to be honest. It’s a shame because when the owners were just starting and they were on top of everything day and night, it was all so different.

Locos x Grill is a Latin fusion restaurant combining Latin parrilla with Asian influence. I came here for lunch and ordered tequinos as an appetizer and the churrasco with tostones and a fresh salad while my friend got the lunch bowl, which came with pico de gallo, steak, fried rice and a side of chicken. Starting off the the tequinos, they were delish! The sauce was good and they were so cheesy and yummy. Aside from that I felt like the spot had potential but just didn't quit do it for me. I felt like it was lacking quality. The churrasco didn't meet my expectations and had a bit too much overall fat in it. The tostones were really greasy and the salad was underwhelming. My friend loved his bowl and said the chicken tasted good. The spot is huge and is perfect to watch a soccer game or even enjoy a lunch break in between working hours. Overall, I would go back to try their bowls and give it one more shot.

Paul was our server today. He was amazing. He went above and beyond his service. He is the best. The food was extremely good and yummy.Parking: Amazing free and easy parking options.
