Írjon visszajelzéstI placed an order for a pizza one and a half hours in advance to ensure it would be delivered on time for lunch. However, the status of the order remained unchanged until I called the restaurant and was told they were waiting for the driver. Another half hour passed and the status still showed the pizza was being prepared. Despite calling three times, each time I was hung up on. Currently on my fourth call, I have been on hold for over 10 minutes. The pizza place is less than a 10-minute drive away.
They promised my order would be ready in 30 minutes, but half an hour later they hadn't even begun preparing it. Total waste of my time. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
