You can dine in now, and it's usually a pretty quiet and relaxing environment. The staff are always friendly and the top 10 drinks are always very good. They also have a self service kiosk that is convenient.

Great tea place, the drinks are all amazing and I haven 't had a bad one yet. My go to bubble tea spot.Came by during their listed business hours and they were closed. Also often times they are out of boba when ordering within the last hour they are open....

Disappointed with the the service here. I got the peach Kyoto tea because of the way it was advertised on their menus. When I got the tea it looked no where near what I was expecting. This was supposed to be for an Instagram post and chosen strictly based off aesthetic. When I received my tea and noticed the stark difference, I asked the young lady why it looked so different from the picture. She responded by saying that they use “photoshop “ to advertise. See the picture of the advertisement va the real thing. So disappointed.

Came with my wife , she ordered the Kyoho Peach tea because it had a pretty purple hue color. Instead the tea we got was the color of southern sweet tea. When I tried to explain that to the young lady at the front...she said it's because they use photo shop on the menu! I tried explaining it further but the young lady was unwavering and did not see things from my perspective. Won't be coming back...

It's getting worse these days. Half of the menu is unavailable, even choosing no ice in this winter costs extra $0.5？？and the taste of boba tea changed to plain...
