Dunkin' Donuts - Dorchester

This is easily the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. The wait times are outrageous, and the management leaves much to be desired. They seldom have more than two staff members working at a time, which I suspect means they don't even allow their employees to take breaks. This might explain why my order is almost always incorrect. I recommend trying a different Dunkin'—this one is not worth it.

This was the worst experience I've had at a Dunkin'. The staff was incredibly unfriendly, and my coffee order was consistently wrong. Although the store was recently renovated, it seems they should have taken the opportunity to retrain their employees in customer service. The staff was rude and disrespectful.

I absolutely love the new upgrade! It's great that the area isn't crowded with people loitering outside the building, which makes it much easier to enter without being bothered.

I wasn't sure this DD was open but I check it out the other day and it looks great. The whole area even the cell phone company next door got a make over. The staff look great in uniform. My order was correct and ready for me to pick up. Dorchester Ashmont area community deserve to have a upgrade DD and the employees deserve to have a nice updated work location. It looks great and I hope it continues to look great. Thank you to the person that full fills the online orders because honey you got my coffee right! Have a awesome work life!
