Jack's - Double Springs

I really enjoy this Jack's location. The drive-thru staff are quick and friendly. My orders have been accurate every time, even with the details like salt and pepper.

My biscuit and gravy were fantastic and hit the spot. The staff was friendly and I was served quickly. The restaurant was also very clean.

The drive thru is so slow it honestly takes 30mins or longer and my order isn't right half the time and there was a hair on my cup and on a chicken sandwich

The staff needs to focus more on their work instead of chatting with customers. I waited for over 10 minutes without anyone taking my order while two of the women employees were busy gossiping. Frustrated, I eventually lost my patience and left in a huff. They really ought to be attending to customers instead of standing around talking. Additionally, I've noticed that many others have voiced similar complaints dating back five months. It's clear that nothing was done then, and it seems unlikely that anything will change now. This reflects poorly on both management and the employees. Honestly, I hope the restaurant gets closed down for good.

We orderd through the app which was convenient. The order was ready on time. Our food was decent for fast food. The lady that took our money at the window seemed to be irritated by her job. Smile even when you don't feel like it. It'll make you feelbetter.
