Chili's Grill - Douglas

I would advise against using curbside pickup at this restaurant. I have experienced six instances where I arrived on time or later, only to find that my food was not ready. After texting my arrival, I had to wait and text again multiple times. Eventually, I got frustrated and had to go inside to inquire about my order, only to find that it was still not ready. On the fifth attempt, a manager got involved and the situation was finally resolved satisfactorily.

It was already in the middle of the afternoon when it was not terrible on Friday. great service that eating was excellent, the only hiccup used my reward points for something we had ordered. the server took the extra time to write the code from my phone and go back and get it all up. kudos an dana. great family atmosphere, the music is not terrible loud, I was with an 11-year-old dining room and they put me in the dining room and not the bar, much appreciated. the toilets were clean and well filled. look at them, was a brise, even with the hiccup. definitely is happy to go back.

My sister loves her new special soße hamburger, my favorite is the mushroom and Swiss burger. their fries are great and stay warm in their special basket.

There are many dishes to choose. large service the staff is very attentive the price is appropriate. suitable for families. there are many menus to choose from. both Mexican food American food . modern shop decoration

Always a great experience. my family and I have recently gone vegan and we really enjoy Chilis bean Fajitas. I hope they continue to add vegan options. service is friendly and fast every time we eat there.
