Applebee's Grill - Douglasville

Ordered curbside and had to go inside after waiting for 15 minutes after alerting the app that I was outside. My food came out and I was informed that they did not have lemonade and the only non pop option was orange juice…. A upgrade drink to a smoothie wasn’t an option (even though they were out of lemonade). After going through my bag I realized that my order was short a French fry. By the time I drove the 10 minutes to get home my food was cold. Don’t waste your time or money here.

This place needs HELP! Go get a job people! Restaurants need workers to be able to serve people! We waited over an hour to be seated because there was only ONE waitress. We waited that long or longer for our food because there was only ONE person cooking in the kitchen! Thank you to the ones that showed up and worked that day! This was my daughter's first date. Thank you to the waitress that's pregnant with triplets! This place didn't get 1 because of this waitress. She was AMAZING!

Went for dinner last night. The food isn’t as good as I expected but wasn’t completely terrible. I’m my opinion, Applebee’s is now just a go to spot for appetizers and drinks. I didn’t eat most of my salad and the manager was more than accommodating and understanding. Our server was new, but still gave us exceptional service. Service was not the problem. It was the food. The baby back ribs were dry and mostly bones. Also ordered The four cheese Mac with the honey pepper chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were great, the pasta was incredibly terrible and unseasoned. The strawberry balsamic chicken salad was too tart for me. I also ordered the new Tipsy Shark margaritas. It was sweet and wasn’t strong at all. Wouldn’t get it again but can’t complain because it was only $7. However, we really enjoyed the appetizer platter that came with spinach dip, boneless wings, cheese sticks and quesadillas.

If I could give a negative score I would. We were seated and no one came to greet us or take our order until I said something to the hostess. Then it took 45 minutes for an appetizer to come out. Then it took another hour for our food to come out all while our waiter was seated at the bar with a customer. I asked for a manager and he stated they are backed up in the kitchen. Mind you it’s only 5 tables seated in here so how is the kitchen backed up while hearing the staff laughing having a good ole time in the kitchen. This is the worst place ever. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR FOOD UNTIL MIDNIGHT LITERALLY

Thank God for Liz and Tasha. They was so so nice to me and my sister. I will love to come back for them to serve us again. Thank God for the couple that paid for our food name Christy Brown. And I found out we played basketball in our younger day. But thank you for Liz and Tasha with their personality.
