Pizza Sprint - Dour

We occasionally order sprint pizza when we're in the mood for pizza, and we are never disappointed. There was a small issue with my order tonight, so I called back. The person on the phone was very understanding and informed me that they would prepare a new pasta dish for me right away. Just 20 minutes later, I received my delivery, along with apologies from the pizza supplier and the person on the phone. The staff was very courteous (both on the phone and the delivery person) and we highly recommend them!

I have been a customer since 2012 and have never been disappointed. The pizzas are always hot and generously topped. For those who complain that the crust is thin, just ask for a thicker crust and they will use a double portion of dough to make the pizza. The delivery is always quick, I have never experienced any delays. Plus, it's not far from my house so it's convenient.

Cold pizza, I rate 1 because I cannot rate 0. It was also soggy and served late, with no protection for the pizzas as they were just laid in the trunk. The delivery person was not very friendly. In short, best to avoid this place.

J'ai commandé chez eux pendant des années et jamais déçue. Mais au vu de mes deux dernières expériences, c'est terminé. La fois précédente, les pizzas étaient ultra sèches et il fallait chercher après la garniture. Aujourd'hui, je commande un festival de pâtes et une pizza. Quand le livreur arrive, il se rend compte qu'il manque ma pizza. Le temps qu'il refasse l'aller-retour, mon fils a bien entendu terminé de manger. Le festival de pâtes moins bien fourni que dans le passé. Ma pizza, n'en parlons même pas : une feuille à cigarette avec 3 millimètres de garniture toute sèche. A la poubelle direct !!!
