A superb experience, a warm welcome and succulent pizzas!

Very warm welcome! I was transported to italia! And then, very sincerely, at 44 years old and after visiting this fabulous country, I have never eaten such delicious pizza! A great bravo to the chief! Thanks for this tasty moment and full of humor! I highly recommend!

I haven't eaten a good pizza for a long time!

The top of Dourdan, managed by a nice little guy like everything, smiling, and concocting delicious pizzas (and other dishes) with a lot of love of his craft: and he feels in the pleasure that we have to eat at home.

The manager and chef is an authentic passionate about Naples, where he taught to learn Neapolitan pizza. And it's not bad: its pizzas are richly garnished and tasty. But no ingredients, because all are carefully chosen. Regina ham, for example, is not a vulgar industrial shoulder, but a real ham chosen by a Dourdan artisan. And everything else is like that! This gentleman works with the heart, and he sees himself because people come back. Even with salads, photocopiers, tasters. (I haven't tasted pasta, but I guess they get the same treatment). In short, we return regularly to the Pizzeria du Château, always with the same happiness, with its friendly smile visible by the kitchen bar, where it tastes if guests are satisfied. Bravo, don't change anything! This guy works with passion and emotion, and he feels directly in his dishes. The framework is also healed and cured. A zero fault.
