Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Slow 15 minutes to get in, but the restaurant was 3/4 empty, I assume that is a personal problem. long wait for the burgers and when we got them, they were hardly lukewarm, overcooked and dry I suspect that cooked in advance because we were told that they could only order medium. Whenever I hear that in a restaurant it was quite much told me that eating was made in advance. bun was fat. I had a nasalate with unpeeled gurken, which is a pet of me, because gurken are coated in wax, so I don't want to eat that and then the usual grated cheese and stale croutons garnished the rest. it is summer, but the tomatoes were cotton. indifferent service would never miss the drinks and cutlery again and had to be followed. give them a miss.

We visited with three adults and a baby, and the air conditioning was so cold that it felt like being in a morgue. When we requested to adjust the temperature, the server suggested we either hire him or talk to the manager. It was difficult to enjoy our meal, and eventually, we were told we could leave. Not impressed with the customer service at all.

Very poor service when they eat or take out. I tried both and they messed up the commands both paint. they almost commanded me, but I caught him. they are also very slow. expect a very long waiting period. the burgers are worth a lot, everything that is laborious.

Since we often travel to dover and experience from the 1st day at the site red robin when they opened the service, the visit after the visit was canceled. the youngest visit began when we were not greeted and the employee decided to have a talk with other guests about buying clothes and buying with their mother. we later found out that was the manager. shayla the server was busy, but attentive to their tabs. now eating, ordered fish and chips and a chicken battle. the teig on the fish was not done and the package tasted as it came out of the pack. it was hard. we had to ask that the manager expresses our thoughts, but she did nothing and I was not surprised when she was the coworker who had the conversation when we arrived and we were not greeted. we need to find another place to eat as this red robin does not work. on the wall there is a line over smiles shared with the community, but we did not get any smiles even when we left.

Went to RedRobin for the first and last time! They should be named Red Rob you! 15.99 for a burger that is smaller than a whopper. Was expecting at least a thick 8 oz butger cooked to order. The gourmet burger was not made to order and is cooked and served at 160 degrees which is well done! Crispy and burnt on the outside and dry in the inside! The Dover location air conditioning was so cold I had to put on a heavy hoodie to avoid freezing to death. Service was slow and a 1/2 hour past before food was served. Eat here at your own financial risk as the qiality of the food is not worth the price!
