Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Slow 15 minutes to get in, but the restaurant was 3/4 empty, I assume that is a personal problem. long wait for the burgers and when we got them, they were hardly lukewarm, overcooked and dry I suspect that cooked in advance because we were told that they could only order medium. Whenever I hear that in a restaurant it was quite much told me that eating was made in advance. bun was fat. I had a nasalate with unpeeled gurken, which is a pet of me, because gurken are coated in wax, so I don't want to eat that and then the usual grated cheese and stale croutons garnished the rest. it is summer, but the tomatoes were cotton. indifferent service would never miss the drinks and cutlery again and had to be followed. give them a miss.

Since we often travel to dover and experience from the 1st day at the site red robin when they opened the service, the visit after the visit was canceled. the youngest visit began when we were not greeted and the employee decided to have a talk with other guests about buying clothes and buying with their mother. we later found out that was the manager. shayla the server was busy, but attentive to their tabs. now eating, ordered fish and chips and a chicken battle. the teig on the fish was not done and the package tasted as it came out of the pack. it was hard. we had to ask that the manager expresses our thoughts, but she did nothing and I was not surprised when she was the coworker who had the conversation when we arrived and we were not greeted. we need to find another place to eat as this red robin does not work. on the wall there is a line over smiles shared with the community, but we did not get any smiles even when we left.

Went to RedRobin for the first and last time! They should be named Red Rob you! 15.99 for a burger that is smaller than a whopper. Was expecting at least a thick 8 oz butger cooked to order. The gourmet burger was not made to order and is cooked and served at 160 degrees which is well done! Crispy and burnt on the outside and dry in the inside! The Dover location air conditioning was so cold I had to put on a heavy hoodie to avoid freezing to death. Service was slow and a 1/2 hour past before food was served. Eat here at your own financial risk as the qiality of the food is not worth the price!

On my last visit I had a young woman named Sarah as my server. She was very slow and kept disappearing. Every time I would spot her she was on her cell phone..I didn't realize at the time where I'd seen her before but I do now. A friend of mine had showed me some photos. She sells nude photos and videos online through social networking apps. The money goes to feeding a heroin addiction. I will not return. Not willing to catch anything from someone serving me food. It's now clear to me that she was high at work and not performing her job correctly.

Worst customer service and food! We have eaten at this location a couple of times and each time it just gets worse. Went in tonight at 6...not many customers, only 5 or 6 tables full as we entered, which we found odd for a Sunday night. They did have a sign on the door explaining they were short staffed so we were prepared for a wait. We didn't have to wait for a table at all because it was pretty empty. Drinks and appetizers came out pretty fast. The entrees took forever and at that point there were only 3 tables of customers. Never saw our waiter again until the food came out. The whole table was out of drinks, never came to check if we needed refills. He brought the food out and still didn't notice our drinks were empty. I had to ask for refills. We found it odd that as soon as he walked away the what we believed to be was a manager came over to us apologizing for one of the burgers taking so long. That was the first time we had even heard anything about it taking longer. We still haven't had a chance to take a bite of food yet so of course we didn't have complaints yet which we later figured out was why he came to our table so quickly because he knew it was going to be bad! The burger that supposedly made the wait for our food longer was under cooked! My crispy chicken sandwich was burnt to the point where you could taste the burnt and my fries were burnt crumbs! I wish I took pictures because it was so bad! One of the other burgers had a massive amount of Mayo on it and some other unknown sweet sauce (looked like bbq sauce but it wasn't), it was supposed to be a plain burger. After we complained about the food we were completely dismissed. The waiter started cleaning up the table as one person was still trying to eat. Reaching all over their food and directly in front of there face as they're chewing. Tonight was the worst experience and final straw! I have loved every other location I have been to which is quite a few but this will be our last trip to this location!
