Roma Pizza - Dover

We ordered a gyro platter and mozzarella sticks for delivery and were told it would arrive within 30 minutes. However, after waiting over an hour, we called to inquire about our order. The person on the line informed us that our order had just been sent out after sitting for over an hour, and she said it would take another 30 minutes to arrive. She was quite rude and offered no apology for the delay. When our food finally arrived, it was cold, unappetizing, and not fresh at all.

The food is amazing, and the service is exceptional—they truly treat you like family. The only complaints I see come from those who constantly ask for free food. A restaurant simply can’t sustain itself by giving away meals; providing free food doesn’t cover employee wages, utilities, repairs, or rent. This is hands down the best place to enjoy a meal without any problems!
