Sonic Drive-in - Dover

Got great food, manager is super nice and sweet, lovely atmosphere and each time I go, always get my food with a smile!

I have stopped by the Dover, Tn location two times in the last 4 weeks. 1st time I sat for over 10 minutes after lighting up the red button. I left. 2nd time today for lunch. Sat maybe 2 minutes before I was acknowledged but told to please wait a minute. Inoticed someone had ordered in my stall #5 and obviously left and a 17 dollar you guys had to eat. When I was finally calledupon to order the lady just couldn't get it right after numerous attempts. I left for the last time. There's a reason why TheDip is best in every category. Hopefully whoever owns this location looks at this review. Your losing a lot business.

Update: yesterday we stopped at lunch and again eating was hot and fresh and the service was fast and efficient. my only complicity was that they were out of tweebel rings, but I know that it was difficult for many places to get all the products they should be from their dealers. keep them the great work. beautiful sonic returns! happy hour 1.2 price drinks. the last several times I went there, have dramatically improved the food and service. tried the double filled oreo waffel one and it was fabulous.

Food was good but skimped on ingredients. The usual texas toast was just 2 slices of white bread. This is probably due to the economy and inflation. Other than that, they were fast and polite. Food was prepared well.

I ordered corn dogs. ? When we tried to eat them the center was cold. They made them again. Still cold. Manager came out and apologized. Upgraded my order. Staff was very friendly. Fryer was still coming up to temperature. I have no complaints. Things happen.
