Ordered through the app to get a cinnamon raisin bagel and didn’t tell us they were all out. So they gave us the rest of the order without saying anything. Went back to ask why the bagel wasn’t there and THEN they said they were all out and had a huge attitude about it. Terrible customer service, go somewhere else!
The staff in drive through were wonderful. I wanted a grilled cheese with bacon but they had no rye bread. But, they made it on a bagel and it was delicious and fresh! My coffee was delicious, too! Hot and just strong enough! Two thumbs up!
My order was messed up 3 times in a matter of an hour! Driving back and forth for them to continue to mess up my order! Smh so annoyed!
