Long John Silver's - Downers Grove

I believe that the only Long John Silver's restaurant is in a condition that we love their fish.

Ever since Long John Silver's closed in Hanover Park, we have been craving their food. However, after stopping at the location in Downers Grove off of Farnburg, we will not be returning. The other reviews were correct. My hunchback was overcooked and as hard as a rock, and I never received my hush puppies, which is a disappointment. Additionally, they did not offer any desserts. It would be better if they closed this location and opened a new one in Hanover Park. The greasy food was unappetizing.

Downright PISSED OFF with this place. You can't walk in and eat inside. Only allowed inside for mobile ordering/take out. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, WITH NO SERVICE OF TAKING MY ORDER. There's a line of 3 cars in front of me. At this rate... I would be for over an hour. I LEFT, DROVE NEXT DOOR AND WALKED INTO WENDY'S AND ATE. I left Wendy's 20 minutes later and the same car that was in front of me, when I left the drive thru, was still there and still had 1 car in front of them.

Terrible. Out of tarter sauce, didn't get my extra hushpuppues I paid for, fish was dried up and hard like it was found alongside a bank, and when I tried to call...ring ring ring...hangup!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Can't even walk inside and order food or eat. Drive thru is a train wreck. After 45 minute wait... My order was wrong and I was missing food.
