I had a really disappointing experience at the restaurant today. The girl who served me was quite rude, and I’ve never seen her there before, so she might be new. The service was terrible, and the coffee she made didn't taste good at all. Overall, I would rate the food 2 out of 5.

Terrible coffee and awful customer service. The staff member was more interested in her phone than helping customers. I ordered a cafe mocha, and it tasted like bitter, stale coffee that had been sitting out for too long. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

I really love this place, but today I had a bit of an issue. I specifically ordered my oatmeal without raisins, but the girl taking my order was focused on her phone and didn’t seem to be paying attention. When I got back to my office and opened my oatmeal, it was packed with raisins. I was really disappointed!

My go to coffee spot. If you're in the area pass up the Starbucks and go here instead you won't be disappointed.Food: 5/5

I called about a pending transaction because I paid cash and had no idea why there was a charge. Someone found and used me debit card. When I called to speak to a manager about it. She called me a b and hung up. ‍ she was there at the time of 10:20. I 've been in the customer service for 13 years and have never done this no matter how bitchy someone was being. Y 'all need to get the 15 year olds out the back, if they are capable of even answering a call right. Hope the actual owner reads this and teaches that some management skills I will be there later today to talk to the owner sis! Because no owner of a business would act like you did ‍
