Ichiban Sushi - Downey

The food was delicious, but the customer service was lacking. I witnessed a few restaurant servers following a family to their car because they did not leave a tip. It turns out, they track the percentage of expected tips in their control books, with the lowest being 18% or about $20. To avoid embarrassment, I suggest bringing some extra cash to tip with in case you forget.

The experience was enjoyable. The menu was a little challenging to navigate, but that was not a problem. The staff was friendly and polite, and the dining experience as a whole was excellent.

I ordered the power roll on a whim, and the sushi was absolutely delicious. The quality was top-notch and it was simply amazing.

....oh where do I begin....the people are great....the food is delicious...the fish is fresh...just tell them what you like and what you don't like and they'll make you a roll....
