You used to be great! What happened? It's not only in Colorado, but in California, too. Tuna salad sandwich was soupy, the Greek chicken salad's chicken was rubbery and nasty. The Mac n Chesse with bacon was OK. Your chain used to be great. Not sure what happened Bummer.

Got food 40 minutes after ordering it ASAP online. While in store for 30 minutes I watched 7 people walk in, order, and receive their food. Had to ask 3 times for food, and it was apparently forgotten each time I asked.

They now charge $3.49 for a small cup of coffee. Plus tax. This is not some fancy, fresh made coffee just regular ole drip coffee sitting in big carafes. Local cafes nearby charge less for better coffee, so the price is not due to inflation. I won’t even bother looking at the price of their food. I will never go to a Panera again. Regular folks need to show these big chains that they can’t gouge customers.
