Írjon visszajelzéstLunch was delicious! We had a burger and fries and swordfish sandwich with salad. The food was all fresh and well prepared. The wait staff was friendly but for it not being busy, they could have been a little quicker to take our order.
Great food, great staff, great owners, great cooks! All around amazing restaurant. Also try devils acre tavern in plumsteadville...same owners
I've visited this restaurant twice. My first experience was during a party, so I didn’t feel it was a fair representation. However, I looked at the menu and noticed that it pays tribute to Louisiana cuisine and other Southern dishes without overdoing it. They offer a Cuban sandwich, which I tried during my second visit. I love Cuban sandwiches, and while her version wasn't as authentic as the originals I've had, it was still very good for a Northern take. I also ordered the Butternut Squash Risotto, which was a great side dish. The service was good, and I had no complaints. I plan to try the Jambalaya next time. Overall, this is a solid restaurant, and I hope it thrives in Doylestown. It doesn't focus on standard Italian or American comfort food, which is a positive in my opinion. Enjoy!
The beer selection here is great, and the burgers are fantastic. They have a wonderful Monday Burger Deal for just $10. I also tried the Prime Rib special, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations; the meat was overcooked and tasted burnt. While the concept was appealing, I would definitely opt for the burgers next time, as they consistently impress.
I had lunch today and the gumbo was fantastic, while the pulled pork quesadillas were just okay. My wife ordered the English Dip Sandwich, and she was pleased with it. The Green Pale Ale recommended by the bartender was delicious. Our server was very friendly. The total came to $75, which felt a bit pricey, but overall it was a great experience.
