Family Pizza - Dracut

I ordered a steak tip salad, and for only $12 or $13, you get a generous amount of tips! Every time we order pizza from this place, it's always delicious and perfectly cooked. The restaurant consistently delivers excellent pizza. A while ago, we ordered a pepper and onion pizza, but the person on the phone mistakenly heard pineapple. When we called them back, a new pizza arrived within minutes. They have fantastic customer service and friendly delivery drivers.

When I finally received my food, the burgers were cold, and the lettuce was soggy and wilted. To make matters worse, they had changed the French fries I loved to a new kind that were soggy and unappetizing. Additionally, my salad arrived without dressing or a fork. Please, management, address these issues. I want to continue supporting your business, but this experience was unacceptable.

I called back twice and encountered rude service from the staff. They seem to change their prices at will, which do not match the prices listed on their online menu. Additionally, the in-store prices haven't been updated in months. At one point, I asked about the price of a small pizza, and the staff member said she didn't know. When I requested to speak to the manager, he claimed to be the manager and told me, “Ma’am, go f*** yourself.” My family members at home overheard the exchange.

I really didn’t have a good first experience with them their clam chowder barely had any clams in it mostly potatoes and their steak bomb sub could have been better too salty for my liking

Family pizza Inc is the best bang for your buck sub shop eatery in the local area. The workers are pleasant and the service is fast. They would get 5 stars if it wasn't for sometimes messy seating area.
