They needed more personal. they were friendly and eating was good, but they couldn't keep up with how many people there.

The food was lovely! We went with a friend who had a dairy allergy and asked for no cream; there was a misunderstanding and she got the wrong food but the wait staff was so kind and fixed everything to more than our satisfaction.

The atmosphere could use some improvement as well—the front double doors opened and closed frequently, causing a cold draft. Many diners were still wearing their jackets during dinner, which made it feel less warm and cozy. Perhaps installing a vestibule at the entrance could help with temperature control. The restrooms also need more frequent cleaning. As for beverages, it would be helpful if the owners advised patrons on their website to bring their own, as the drink options weren’t very impressive. I truly hope this restaurant thrives and addresses some of these hospitality issues. I'm looking forward to returning next year when we come back for skiing.

It was clear that the restaurant was short-staffed. We had finished our meal before receiving a water refill. The food was excellent, but I hope they hire another server by the time we return.

The restaurant could benefit from having more staff. Although the employees were friendly and the food was delicious, they struggled to manage the large number of customers.
