Enchilada - Dresden

The concert of the Dresdner Kreuzchore in front of over 20,000 spectators at the Dresdner Dynamo Station will take us to our state capital this evening together with 8 friends. Since so much music enjoyment also makes hungry, I was once again able to take care of the gastronomy. After a short search in the heart of Dresden, on Wilsdruffer Strasse with the “Enchilada” was found. Mexican cuisine that could fit. So two weeks before the phone and order a table for 10 people. Better is better, because the Dresden Christmas market is just a stone's throw away. So after we enjoyed the almost two-hour concert of the Kreuzchor, we went to the centre on the almost 1 km long way. Our ordered table for 10 people had been awarded shortly before to a youth group which, of course, could no longer be moved to rise from their places. Unanimity with the team until the shiny thoughts came to ask several other guests to change the table. After this makabre game some guests took part, flux was provisionally put together several 2 mann tables until a somewhat longer “panel” was created. We were allowed to wait 10 minutes in the entrance hall, and our mood went down clearly. After we finally took place, the menu was handed to us and asked for the drinks. Relatively overwhelmed, each of us ordered something. My wife wished a Schoppen house wine white for 4,60 € and a 0.4ér elder choir for 3,20 €. I ordered the Spare Ribs with Homemade Potato Skins, Cole Slaw and BBQ sauce for €14.90, my wife wished the Burger El Gaucho from 170g Angusrind with Cheddar, Bacon, Röstzwiebeln and BBQ sauce for €13.90, plus the sweet potatoes for €2.00. father-in-law, somewhat overwhelmed with the Mexican cuisine, ultimately chose the Pollo Especial, a chicken breast fillet with sweet potatoes, sour cream, barbecue vegetables and corn flask for €15.60. The dishes of the other seven at the table are out here. Now a longer thirst stretch should begin, because after a fabulous 50 minutes after ordering our dishes, our dishes finally came to the table. But don't stop. A lady at our table had also ordered the Ribs as I did, and after 20 minutes, they came to the table. After a few minutes, she sweated clearly, took her drink more often, and you noticed that this was the wrong Ribs for our table, because they were spiced with chili sauce instead of BBQ sauce. But brave as she was, the Ribs were fed. After she was finished, our food came, and now again her savings bars. After a note to the staff, they were still standing and were allowed to be consumed without calculation. Now to our dishes. Everything's okay, but not anymore. The burger wounded my wife very well, but strangely it was the quite clear lamb taste in Patty, which even the gracious operation could not quite explain itself. Well....who knows. Conclusion: a completely overwhelmed and incapable staff, wrong food. The food itself is not so overwhelming. There you are better off in the near “Tex Mex”. At any rate, we will no longer visit the Enchilada.

Pommes were crunchy, but cold and the rest was also little convincing.

That was to eat with me in the prescribed time. I find the shipping costs at a height of 6 euro quite exaggerated. In addition, the borritos were warm, but nothing special, more like a simple filled pancake.

The best and tasty food I've ever had over lieferando. 100/10. warm, juicy, tasty burger with crispy, warm, perfect pommes. to the 3 mini burritos there were 4 delicious dips. 10 min. late but full understanding!

The food was within 45min with me, was still hot and super delicious.
