Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It was wonderful, went there to our anniversary, and the food was great. He had a bacon burger and I had meat thawing. They brought us a piece of chocolate cake with ice cream for our anniversary.

Food was good. Service was good. It wasn’t the best ever so I don’t want to exaggerate, but we enjoyed it.

Put our name in for a table and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. That was expected for a Saturday evening. It ended up only being MAYBE 10 minutes before we were seated (the text message notification system is neat too). Server was prompt and friendly. Food was delicious. Only complaint was that we asked for mushy broccoli and it was still crunchy (edible, just not the texture preference). Our server offered to get us another batch, but we said it wasn't necessary. Manager was even out of the floor to bus tables and asking people if their food was good. He was very friendly as well chatted with us a bit.

Very nice experience and good food. BUT we had to share the knife at the table.
