Their gf pasta (especially the house made gnocchi) is delicious, and their gf sourdough pizzas (baked in a pizza oven, but on a baking sheet to avoid flour) are some of the best gf pizzas I’ve had. They also have some gf entrées, including truffle fries and buttermilk fried chicken from a dedicated fryer. I can’t speak for their alcoholic drinks, but they have a good range on the menu, and plenty of excellent nonalcoholic drinks, including some good mocktails. They typically have gf gelato too.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant during my visit to Dubbo. Before I went, I called to inquire about their gluten-free options for celiac disease, and they assured me that they could prepare pizza, pasta, and starters with 100% gluten-free bread. They emphasized that they take allergies very seriously and even have a chef who has celiac disease. Unfortunately, their separate fryer was out of order, so I couldn't try any of the fried dishes, but they normally have a dedicated gluten-free fryer. My partner and I shared two different pasta dishes, and they happily substituted the regular pasta for gluten-free versions. Both dishes were absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
I always find myself concluding that I am very particular about my ordering instructions, and I have never experienced any adverse reactions to their food. Their gluten-free pasta, especially the house-made gnocchi, is delicious. Additionally, their gluten-free sourdough pizza, baked in a dedicated pizza oven but on a baking sheet to avoid flour contamination, ranks among the best gluten-free pizzas I’ve had. They also offer several gluten-free entrées, including truffle fries and buttermilk roasted chicken from their own kitchen. While I can’t speak to their alcoholic beverages, they have a good selection on the menu, along with many excellent alcohol-free options, including some tasty mocktails. Typically, they also feature gluten-free gelato.
This Italian-inspired restaurant offers a wide range of gluten-free options. Most of the entrees and main dishes are either gluten-free or can be made with gluten-free pasta instead of the traditional wheat pasta. Out of the 6 or 7 desserts offered, only 2 were not gluten-free. While the service was slightly slow, it was a busy Saturday night, so that was understandable. The Arancini was incredibly delicious. We also ordered the gluten-free chicken pieces, gluten-free truffle fries, and the regular cheesy garlic pizza bread for our entrees, all of which were fantastic. The standout main dish was definitely the fusilli boscaiola. The gnocchi was average, but my risotto was quite nice. The tiramisu (which is not gluten-free) was excellent. Additionally, there was a good selection of gluten-free desserts and affogato available. Overall, we were very impressed with the restaurant.
