Wendy's - Dublin

I'll give these 5 stars this time. I went to go through and everything I ordered was a big sweeter tee. the girl in the window was sweet, but the tee wasn't. but that was good.

The person with hair in twists and tattoos that worked the window tonight was so polite and gave great customer service, although seemed the only one who worked the drive thru. fill in and fill in orders.) eating was hot!

I was sent to order and was asked to wait. the car in front of us was said they were driving because they couldn't hear them. we drove 10 minutes into the drive and noone would answer us. we finally drove off to eat somewhere else and they were a couple of workers standing around, and 3 people were on the window playing with the people in the car in front of us. do not go back to this restaurant. they need a manager who is her boss and not her friend!

I have been eating here for 20 years and it was always great until here lately. the service has begun to suck with the placement of the employees. they are rude, do not listen to their order and give them what they feel, how they give, and when they complain, they will see how much they love their job. good food. good management. 80% of the personal suck. child-friendly: they have a whole children's menu, but nothing else for children. parking: they have a decent amount of parking space, but the lkw that brings the food always comes during lunch and blocks most parking spaces and the other way out. Accessibility: very good parking spaces near the beginning.

Rude employees. We decided to Dine-In since we are driving an extended distance, and wanted a few minutes out of the car. Well, while ordering, I mistakenly began ordering drinks. The woman taking our order, scoffed, and pointed to the drink machine. I apologized, somehow I 'm still used to Wendy 's not having drink machines. Anyway, after ordering, she hands us all small drinks. I asked if she got that we ordered 3 of the meals with large drinks. She says no, but hands me the receipt which showed large drinks and fries, then tried to argue with us. Got the right drink sizes and went to the coke machine. Out of every single soda other than diet coke and a red fanta. Asked the employee if they had other drinks in the drive through, she said she didn 't know. Another employee said they did, and my wife and I got Dr pepper. I filled my children 's cups with sweet tea in the lobby. It was darn near clear tea . I took a sip, and it is straight sugar water. The lobby smells like stale urine. Ketchup dispensers in lobby were out, and when I asked for ketchup for my kids, I was again scoffed at by the employee and she pointed to the ketchup in the lobby. I informed her that they were empty, and was again argued with. I 'm typing this review as I 'm awaiting our order, still. It 's been well over 20 minutes. This is the worst Wendy 's I 've ever been to. Maybe I 'll update with how the food is, if we ever get it.
