Fox's Pizza Irish Pub Orland Park

A long time I got into it with the manager here over a poorly executed pizza I bought/ordered. After the phone call, I swore that I would never return. Well, maturity set in since then and I said one more try. Glad I did. Ordered the usual to go and received a popping hot pepperoni/garlic pizza. Delicious!!! They weren't shy with the ingredients, execution was spot on, sauce is too die for. I just have a problem with waiting half an hour on a pizza you already waited half an hour for and why is a 2 ingredient 18 inch pizza $40???

When I mentioned that I needed gluten-free options, she didn’t seem very concerned and simply suggested that I might want a salad. Instead, I opted for the grilled chicken, which I did enjoy; it came with mushrooms and avocado and was quite tasty. One of my friends ordered a Reuben sandwich and commented that the bread wasn’t very toasted, which made it a bit soggy. Another friend tried the buffalo chicken sandwich but had never had anything with buffalo sauce before and didn’t realize it would be spicy. Unfortunately, it was so hot that she couldn’t eat it. When she informed the waitress about the situation, the response was that the waitress asked if she wanted to take it home, which didn’t really make sense. There was no offer to replace it; the waitress merely stated that since it was buffalo sauce, my friend should have known it would be hot. To add to the frustration, she was charged for the meal. When we asked to speak to the manager, he echoed the same sentiment, insisting that she should have been aware of the heat level. I ended up sharing half of my chicken with her and had to request a bun and ranch sauce from the waitress, who did bring the bun but forgot the ranch. She also never returned with lemon for my friend's water. Additionally, I mentioned to the manager that the waitress said I couldn't use my 10% off Yelp discount, to which he replied that they only accept paper coupons. I won’t go into my thoughts on that right now. On a positive note, the meatballs were delicious; two people in our party ordered them and really enjoyed them. I also love the Irish pub atmosphere of the restaurant. Overall, I think improving their customer service would greatly enhance the dining experience.

My order was called today approximately 6p. Before ordering, I asked the young lady what veggies came on the veggie pizza. She told me spinach, onions, mushrooms olives. Great! Placed my order for a small veggie pizza. I home only to find out that it included sliced tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms. The problem is I don't like tomatoes and broccoli on my pizza! Had I known this, I would've simply ordered a cheese pizza added my choice of veggies. So I paid $25 for a pizza that I couldn't enjoy.

If I could give a zero star I would, The worst service ever. We waited at least 15 minutes if not longer just to have a server talk to us. The bartender was rude as hell, and clearly did not know how to make drinks. Like who puts ice in a shot? As someone who is patron, if I see a waiter or bartender clear as day talking rudely about a customer, I'd be pissed. I discussed these concerns to a manager but he readily dismissed them with a smirk on his face. It was obvious he did not care. Very disappointed and will not be coming back to a restaurant who is unresponsive to their customers. The guitarist was good and definitely gave me a reason to give at least 1 star.

What a great time!!! Oh my where to begin! We attended on St. Pattys day for my sons birthday , they dont take any reservations, sadly we waited over an hour and a half, I have never been here before, the front service desk to check in, ppl were very rude and not even helpful .Could be they are over worked and over whelmed , their attitude was awful. The place was completely over populated, but we (party of 11) already waited, out in the cold, babies and pregnant ladies, elderly and disabled, in our party, and the hosts or waitress, waiter, or even managers , would not offer not even a chair, so they have a huge parking lot, very big place, and no they have no time rules, there at all, you can order (according to the ppl at the front desk) and sit for hours, they will NOT ask you to leave, I was shocked about that cause most places do have a 3-4 hour limit. But okay, we all had to go to the basement and eat, do keep in mind on this day, they did have live music , balloon artists and bagpipe players, so all the entertainment was worth the wait, I will say, I was really shocked, they had nothing on the tables no salt, pepper, you did have to ask for water and napkins etc. They serve you with plastic cups, etc. So now the entertainment was extremely good, kid friendly as well. Waitress was also limited, to so many tables, so you really have to tell her everything at once , cause she only had so much time to serve you. Now onto the food! Amazing food!!!! Again worth the wait Wow! I had ordered appetizers and Reuben sandwich , there was pizza, and panini, all of it was extremely good, there was soups, and well I do have some pics to follow. We did like their food. Will we go back? I really dont know, perhaps with no kids, no elderly, and no disabled people. That place didn't know how to actually treat them. so Maybe.
