Alex H was one of the best Cold Stone workers I've ever encountered. The scoop was fantastic! I managed to toss my cake ice cream with brownie bites into the air, and Alex caught it perfectly in my large cup. There’s no one quite like Alex H!

I'm always in the mood for a delicious bowl of ice, and while the ice itself was exquisite, it was the service that truly made my experience memorable. I wasn't having the best day when I arrived, but Alex, the staff member, immediately brightened my spirits. He provided exceptional service and ensured that I had a special and unique experience. I stopped by to get some ice for my niece after our time at the park, and I was very pleased with the service. Alex did an incredible job taking care of us, and my niece absolutely loved it when he tossed the ice into the air! We will definitely be back soon.
