Fischer Lanes Lounge - Dubuque

I really enjoyed this classic bowling alley! The staff was fantastic. The rental shoes were a bit worn, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

I had a fantastic time! The bartenders were not only friendly but also quite funny. I jokingly wish I could be the woman on that wall! Lol.

I called ahead to inquire about open bowling and was informed that it would be available until 6 PM. However, when I arrived at 4:30 PM to enjoy a few games, I was told that they were actually closing at 5 PM and that we could only play one game. It felt like a waste of time to make the trip and pay for shoe rentals just for one game, which was the reason I called for confirmation in the first place. They could have at least offered to waive the shoe rental fee since they provided incorrect information over the phone. I'm baffled that they were unaware of their closing time at 4 PM. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and the customer service left much to be desired.

Fischer lanes is the best place too hang out with friends in the city of dubuque no doubt. It is a great environment with reasonable prices. It is a great place to be with great song choices (popular 80s music), nice lounge seating, neat classic design, and very authentic bowling lanes. I love going to Fischer for a great weekend!

Really cool bowling alley. Family friendly and reasonable prices. And, it’s on the 5th floor. A fun experience.
