We encountered a VERY RUDE woman at the table behind us, but the staff handled the situation with such grace and professionalism. I was truly impressed with the service that my fiancée and I received. The staff here is wonderful, and their kindness shines through, no matter the attitude of some customers. I hope all the employees have a fantastic day! <3

This was my second visit to this restaurant in a few years. When my burger arrived, it was warm, but not quite as hot as I would expect from a freshly grilled burger. My wife's burger, on the other hand, was served hot, so I felt a bit shortchanged with mine. However, the flavor was excellent, and as always, the bottomless drinks and sides did not disappoint. The waitstaff was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, it was a great experience with delicious burgers.

The manager came over with a new hamburger, apologized, and offered us the meal for free, promising to speak with the kitchen staff about the issue. Despite her efforts, I was still upset that they had attempted to pass off a messed-up order, and I couldn't even finish my own meal. I understand that finding good help is challenging these days, but this experience was unacceptable. Additionally, the rolls were dry and the steak fries were limp and cold. We ended up having much better burgers and fries at a local mom-and-pop shop on our way home! We definitely won’t be returning to Red Robin after this experience. The onion ring tower was decent, and my son enjoyed his shake, but it was overall very disappointing.

The service was great, but the product was terrible. Let's put it this way... check your rolls. My daughter got her burger with a colorful mold. Definitely this could not miss if you are a real cook. It's bad if the server has to manage the cook inventory. Just remember what we haven't seen. I know it doesn't matter to you or they have a little NFL referendum in them.

This place has incredible burgers! I really enjoyed the Southern Charm burger. I've heard it's best ordered without lettuce and mayo. Definitely try the garlic fries!
