Ich war zum ersten Mal dort und auch zum letzten Mal. Das Personal ist freundlich, arbeitet aber sehr langsam; man wartet lange, um bestellen zu können, und noch länger, bis die Getränke kommen. Der Chef scheint nicht viel von Arbeit zu verstehen und die Begrüßung fehlt, da er sich nur um Stammgäste kümmert. Die Pizza ist in Ordnung, leider etwas zu wenig belegt, aber gut gebacken.

We checked into our airport hotel and asked the front desk rep for a recommendation for dinner. She recommended Pizzeria Sorriso and called ahead for us. It is a ten minute walk from the Holiday Inn Express and it also has free parking. We were...seated after a 20 minute wait, reservations are recommended, particularly on weekends. Immediately we noticed that Italian was the predominant language spoken by both staff and guests. The food was excellent. The truffle pizza was absolutely amazing, the beef that you roast on your own hot rock was tender and very high quality, and the wine list was deep both by the glass and bottle. Desserts were good and the espresso was a perfect end to the meal. If you are looking for a Swiss influenced authentic Italian restaurant for a great meal at a reasonable price near the airport, this is it. What a fabulous way to end our trip! Very highly recommended.

Dinner with a colleague after a long and warm day, we appreciated the terrace and all the effort made by our waiter to translate Italian and German to either French or English. All in all, 2 big beers and an excellent large pizza completed by...a very good cappuccino for less than 40 CHF per person accompanied by kindness and smiles, this is pretty impossible to beat in Switzerland. For sure I'll go back there next time I am in Duebendorf...
