Hausbar - Düsseldorf

Spent the afternoon here having dinner and drinks. Food was good as was the service. We sat outside under the heaters and was very nice

For years we visit the fair boat in düsseldorf. tradition is to visit a particular restaurant in the old town. we were always happy to be in the house. Here you can sit nicely and watch the life in the old town.Well, we also enjoyed an evening meal in this local and it was really good. for years we were only for the süffigen weine and the delicious cocktails here and have neglected eating. since the boot 2017 we are smarter. they can also get something in the kitchen! we will definitely come back, not just to drink!

Despite early written pre-order with confirmation, the reservation was no longer detectable. still it was solved on site and found for 26 people place. the order ran unproblematic and fast, the appetizers arrived timely, but no main course came. After more than 2 1/2 hours, we asked for the manager who did not come. another half an hour later we were told by the waiter that the manager has no time for us. After more urgent demand he came, but told us that we should be patient, we must see how much is going on here. that several other tables had come and gone, did not interest him. an apologies remained, for this some bottles were calculated more than were drunk on the bill. We could not clarify what this very unprofessional behaviour was due to. 26 measurable guests should not be particularly silly. we will certainly not get there anymore, because even the food delivered after 3 hours was mostly cold, which seems to be normal after so long waiting period. However, we cannot issue a recommendation for groups.

Now, on the day I went, the kitchen didn't work and the skid was taken directly from the chill out kitchen (it seems that the owner is the same). For security reasons, I had a hamburger who was not bad, but nothing special. price a little expensive, but it is in a very lively against the city

The chef is doing his best to give great food but when he rings his bell, it takes about minutes before someone comes to give the food too the customers...The service is horrible
