I can tell whoever works here is ignorant. It'll take em a while, but when they finally answer the phone, they won't say anything, they'll simply hang up

Convenient location to get some items from the store.

Champs Chicken has been closed the last four times I tried to go. On one occasion, I even called ahead and was told they would be open, but when I arrived, they changed their mind and were closed for the day. You have about a 50/50 chance of finding them open when you visit. The chicken and sides are decent when they are available, but the biscuits aren't very good. Overall, I'd recommend passing on this place unless you live nearby, as you can't really rely on them being open.

I work at a nearby business, and we really enjoy the food at Champs Chicken. However, it’s very frustrating that they are rarely open when their hours state they should be. Instead of getting a nice warm meal, I end up with a cold, tasteless burrito. If this happened just once in a while, it wouldn’t be such a big deal, but it's been every single day this past week that they've been closed, leaving me without any food options. It’s a major inconvenience, especially since they don’t answer their phone. I find myself wasting time walking to the store only to leave empty-handed.
