Hooters - Duluth

Came last Saturday night and the place was hotter than a desert,waitresses slow as watching paint dry and the food was brought back multiple wrong orders and no fries!!Customer service has taken a huge turn for the worst on the evening shift.Wont be back.And by the way the manager seems clueless!!

Ordered bones-less wings. Instead of a wing, one of these was a shrimp. The person eating this has a shellfish allergy, so now they are sick. I call for assistance and the manager simply says “we didn’t know he had a food allergy”. 1. Shellfish allergy is not uncommon. 2. Whether you all knew or not, a staff member was careless and has caused someone to now be sick and you as the manager don’t care.

Employee: Elise Very bad service, I was waiting for her to get to my table to see if she needed anything and she never came, she happened to be playing a board game at a table, I had to get up to where she was to ask for my ticket.

Very clean , great food , Beautiful scenery, fast service, Convenient location, that Pretty much leaves nothing to complain about!!!! ?

I ordered the 15 piece chicken with half was supposed to be Lemon Pepper and the other was supposed to be Garlic Parmesan and I ordered fries and to cocktails drinks while I waited on my food to come out so I could leave. Well my food came out I left and got back to my location… The wings was very large no taste that it didn’t taste like the favors I ordered and the fries was just thrown in the plate , hard, cold, looked like they were already ate out of them … Very disappointing because this was my 1st going there… wasted almost $40 on a bunch of nothings….The Bartender was very sweet while I waited on my food !!!
